Hahaha good question. But no, not at all. Sarms are non-hormonal meaning they don’t affect your hormone balance. Some sarms like S23 may cause some to have slight suppression, but naturally reverses when you lay off the sarms or go on an off cycle.
I guess the next question would be will it affect your ability to produce offspring. No it won’t either. Just like anything else, know your cycle and know when to go off and how long you need to stay off. After 5 years of using sarms responsibly, my bloodwork has always remained normal and more importantly, I have a 4 month old right now. 😉
